YOU SHOULD HAVE: 
• fluent English and French, German, Dutch, Italian, Finish, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish or Polish language 
• communication skills, stress resistant, customers orientation 
• pro-active person, analytical and PC skills (MS Office), SAP is advantage 
 
Your possible work fields are in: 
 
ACCOUNTING 
Pre-checking of invoices, processing of invoices or travel and expenses statements, solving problems related to the payment of invoices, communication with both internal and external clients. 
 
CREDIT 
Responsible for operating the internal customer credit process including assessing risk, setting credit limits, monitoring exposure, and implementing security requirements for smaller accounts. 
 
CUSTOMER CARE 
The main responsibility of this position is to be the single point of contact for our customers for all operational issues around customer orders. 
 
TECHNICAL HELP 
Function is designed to provide a fast and efficient response to technical queries on Automotive, Industrial, Marine and Aviation lubricants received from customers, distributors and sales personnel. 
 
LOGISTICS 
The main interface with external customers, planning deliveries to customers using innovative tools or monitoring execution of truck deliveries and/or billing processes. 
 
PROCUREMENT 
Purchases goods and/or services for various sites and business lines across Europe.
